Sizing & Garment Care

What size should I order?
For accurate sizing, please refer to American Apparel’s sizing charts for men and women. All of our garments are printed on American Apparel t-shirts, and have a slimmer cut and softer fabric than a standard athletic tee. For unisex sizes, an small translates to approximately a women’s medium. If you have questions about sizing or fit, please email shop@girlwalkallday.com

My size is not available. Will you ever have it in stock?
The sizes that you see reflect what is currently in inventory. If you do not see your size available, please let us know what style and size you are looking for and we will try to restock it ASAP.

Will my shirt shrink when I wash it?
There may be a minimal amount of shrinkage to poly-cotton t-shirts, but all shirts shirts are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. To optimize care, following the wash instructions on the garment tag.

Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, gift cards, cash or money orders at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Within the United States, shipping is:
1 shirt = $5.00
2 shirts = $8.00
3 shirts = $10.00
4 shirts = $12.00
5+ shirts = $16.00

Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is available in select countries. Rates vary.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Orders are shipped out once per week and typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

What method of shipping do you use?
We ship using USPS first class + priority mail (depending on the size of order).

Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

DVDs

Do you sell Girl Walk // All Day DVDs No, unfortunately, you cannot purchase a Girl Walk // All Day DVD on its own.

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has already shipped, then you’ll need to return it before we can adjust your order. If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact shop@girlwalkallday.com to see how we can help.

What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items within 10 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an order, please email shop@girlwalkallday.com to request the return address. Please notify us in advance of shipping your return, so we can expect your package.

Along with any returned items, please include your order number found on the packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by the shop.

Free DVD with Holiday Orders, November 16 - December 15, 2012

I ordered a t-shirt before November 16th. Can I still get a DVD?
No, this offer is only valid for orders placed between the dates of November 16th - December 15th, 2012.

I ordered multiple shirts. Do I get multiple DVDs?
Each order comes with 1 DVD, regardless of the number of shirts in the order. (1 order = 1 mailing address). If you'd like multiple DVDs, you can place multiple orders.
